Today I put this advert into my local village magazine. The last course I did was fully booked and went really well. I'll do another how run a pop up bakery as part of the Sourdough in a Day on 11th December, as part of learning to cook in Northampton.
How I wish you weren't so far away, I'd love to attend the three bread workshop, I'm going to investigate travel times and get back to you in a day or two.

I agree with Jude, but it might take me a little more time to arrange a trip! I am so wanting to do a pop up bakery.
